By accessing or using Day by Daycamp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Day by Daycamp provides software tools for summer camps, including online applications, camper records, bunk and bus assignments, family payment tracking, and messaging tools.

• Camp accounts are managed by designated administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to make sure that messages sent through the program follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or harass recipients.
• Send harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the program.

Camps that use text messaging may only text people who provided their mobile number and agreed to receive camp texts. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• Your records: your camp data (camper details, family contacts, staff lists, and payment histories) remains your property. You may export your records at any time.
• Program rights: the Day by Daycamp program, branding, design, and software are the property of Day by Daycamp.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Day by Daycamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including delays in third-party message delivery (text or email) or payment processor downtime.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
