Every camp operates within its own private, isolated space. Your camper lists, payments, and notes are visible only to the people you give a login to — no other camp can ever see them, and they are never shared or sold. Connections are encrypted (the same HTTPS protection that banks use), and access is checked on every single request, not just at login.

The program is tested end-to-end before every update goes live — applications, camper records, payments, bunk lists, and settings are all exercised the way a real camp office uses them. Updates are released deliberately, outside of busy camp hours, so your workday is never interrupted by a change.

Any list in the program — campers, payments, bunks, staff — can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF, or CSV with one click, whenever you want. You are never locked in: a complete copy of your records is always one click away.

Day by Daycamp never sees, handles, or stores credit card numbers or security codes. Whether a parent pays online or your office enters a card over the phone, card details are encrypted and sent straight to a certified payment processor. Even for deposits and payment plans, only a secure processor token is kept on file — so your camp never has to worry about sensitive card data.
