Application Requests

Before registration opens, parents call asking for an application. Keep track of them all in one organized list:

• Name, phone, email, mailing address, grade entering and any notes.
• *Paste a message feature*- paste parents' text or email, and the details fill themselves in.
• Email the application right here — attached for you, and each one ticks off as Sent.

Your Application — Online and on Paper

Your camp gets its own page on Day by Daycamp — the link you send parents — plus a PDF version of the same application.

• Your own camp link: parents apply online and the camper is instantly on your list, marked "Applied - Online".
• Siblings on one form: parents add each child and fill in family and payment details once.
• Smart PDF reading: for parents that filled out a paper application. Upload the scanned pdf, and it fills itself in.
• Always up to date: change your Settings, and your webpage and application update with it.

Campers

One central list for the whole season, led by a status bar with live counts.

• Each camper has a clear status- Applied/ Accepted/ Waiting List/ Not Attending. Change instantly with one click!
• All · Applied · Accepted - whichever list you'll need. (Waiting List and Not Attending wait on the side, in case you accept later.)
• Search to find a camper, filter by grade/ part of summer/ school/ neighborhood.
• Tick a group of campers to change their status together — always with a confirmation first.
• Add a camper - online applications are entered automatically, and PDF's can be uploaded, then filled-in for you! 
• Adding a returning camper? The program offers to autofill their info from last year.

At a Glance

Where are we holding — and who's coming from this school or neighborhood?

• Constantly updated numbers: total applied vs. accepted - or numbers by grade.
• Quick lookup: for the parent on the phone - pick a school, neighborhood and grade in any combination.... "Sure - here's a list!"
• The neighborhoods list stays tidy as a dropdown list when adding a camper. It can be easily edited in the Settings tab.

Payments

One account per family - instantly created upon acceptance!

• One account per family: siblings group automatically with a shared balance and statement.
• Automatic calculations: remaining balance updated as payments are recorded.
• Balance overview: see total money owed camp-wide, or sort by highest balances and unpaid deposits.
